Tiru did not begin as a company. It began as two small tools, built to fix problems that kept getting in the way of care — a duty board that planned physician shifts, and a referral map of private facilities across Addis Ababa.

“Tiru” means good in Amharic — a byword for quality. It is the standard we hold every product to.
